Seeing as I shared with you all my Christmas manicure a couple of posts ago, it was only fitting to follow up with the New Year's Eve version. This time, I went all out (even more so than last time) and picked the glitziest and sparkliest nail polish I could find. Say hello to L'Oreal Color Riche Nail Polish in 845 Platinum Chic!
Now that's an impressive nail polish, right?
845 Platinum Chic is a true glitter fest: it contains tiny specks of gold glitter, along with larger hexagonal silver flecks in a clear base and, similar to most good-quality glitters, it provides an opaque coverage after two coats (pic above). As you can suspect, it's not the easiest one to remove (prep your tin foil, folks!), but that's the price you have to pay for giving your nails that... Midas touch effect! I suspect this would also work well for an ombre tip job, but that theory remains to be tested!

Stunning colour, I'm sad to say for probably the the first time in 7 years I didn't have on any nail polish, shocking haha :)
